Description

For a Mazda2, the rear engine mount is a crucial component to keeping engine movement to a minimum. The Torq R2™ replaces the little fella we call the toothpick mount. The Torq R2™ greatly decreases engine movement to recoup torque that is lost in the drive train.

Design
Our mount housing is a solid single piece of billet aluminum. There are no welds or pressed rubber inserts that can fail over time or under extreme use.

Material
The Torq R2™ is machined out of T6061 aluminum with stainless steel sleeves.

Finish
The R2™ is finished with an anodizing process that ensures a smooth, beautiful finish that stands up against corrosion.

Polyurethane
Our street grade urethane is designed to be as rigid as possible while transferring the least amount of NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) in to the vehicle cabin.

I bought this thinking it might make some difference but wow it made all the difference the quality of the product is excellent and is so easy to fit all mazda 2 owners should fit one of these.

Even Better Than I Expected!	February 15, 2018

I just installed my street level mount and drove my car for an hour or two and I'm already super impressed with this mount. The mount seems to be very sturdy and extremely well made. Engine vibration is more apparent at idle and when letting off the clutch in 1st gear than it was before, but waaaaay smoother than the 70 durometer rear motor mount from a different company that I had previously. Shifting is much smoother, and the slop in the drivetrain has been virtually eliminated. The car shifts and drives so much better than with the OEM mount, with minimum NVH penalty. I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend this part.
